Key Responsibilities:

• Complete the Manager-In-Charge Success Routine effectively

• Ensure all Team Members fulfill their Shift Excellence tasks

• Uphold food safety and quality standards consistently

• Act swiftly to resolve customer complaints while fostering positive relations

• Be punctual and prepared, adhering to scheduled shifts

• Accurately record working hours using the approved timekeeping system

• Provide timely performance feedback to the Restaurant General Manager

• Engage in the ongoing training and development of team members

• Handle conflicts constructively and collaboratively

• Assist in managing finances through proper cash control, inventory management, and labor oversight

• Strive to deliver an exceptional experience for every guest

Are You the Right Fit?

• Education: Basic math and reading skills required

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must pass a background check and drug test

• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle required

• Able to effectively manage and direct a team

• Able to stock shelves and coolers, and maintain cleanliness

• Willing to perform physical tasks like sweeping, mopping, and lifting

• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. for most of the shift
