Shower Screen Trades Assistant - Sydney NSW

We are seeking a motivated, fit and reliable Installer's Assistant to support our team on shower screen projects across residential construction sites in the Sydney region.

This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable trade experience, with training provided and potential for future subcontracting for the right person.

The Role Includes:

• Working on multi-residential developments and new homes
• Assisting with loading and transporting materials
• Preparing and maintaining clean, safe work areas
• Assisting with the installation of shower screens, mirrors, and splashbacks
• Learning how to complete installations independently
• Learning silicone sealing techniques to a professional finish

• Works well as part of a small, close team
• Shows initiative, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Treats materials and clients' homes with care and respect
• Keeps work areas neat and organised
• Works professionally and cooperatively with clients and other trades
• Is flexible with work hours and understands the importance of meeting client deadlines

Future Opportunities:

If you demonstrate the ability to complete work independently and to a high standard, there may be an opportunity to subcontract with us on a piece-rate basis once you obtain an ABN.

Requirements & Preferences:

• White Card (Preferred)
• Trades Assistant / Handyman experience (Preferred)
• Must be able to reliably commute to worksites across Sydney
• Australian work rights
