Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, model, and evaluate algorithms using MATLAB, Simulink, or C++.
  • Analyze simulation and real data to uncover insights and trends.
  • Create novel algorithms and conduct performance simulations across time series and spectral domains.
  • Participate in both lab-based and field testing.
  • Assist in business development and marketing strategies.
  • Engage with multiple projects, contributing to client interactions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Active Secret clearance, with the eligibility to obtain a TS/SCI level clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • 4+ years of experience in radar signal processing.
  • Proficiency in tools including MATLAB, Linux, Mathematica, Python, and programming languages such as C/C++ and Java.
  • Solid understanding of digital filtering, spectral estimation, detection and estimation theory, linear algebra, and stochastic processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Able to work effectively both in teams and independently.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Master’s Degree in a related field.
  • Experience in task leadership or team management.
  • Ability to translate functional requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Background in modeling and simulation, radar technology, adaptive radar, signal processing, algorithm development, or synthetic aperture radar (SAR).
