What We're Looking For:

We are seeking competent, experienced civil labourers who can confidently work across all aspects of civil construction, including:

• Proven experience in civil construction environments
• Competency in tasks such as trenching, stormwater installation, drainage, pipe laying, backfilling, and working around machinery
• Strong understanding of site safety, procedures, and following direction
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent - willing to show up every day and take pride in your work
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and within a team
• Available for immediate start
• Must have valid license +access to reliable transport

• Long-term, consistent work across major civil projects
• 10 Hour days + optional additional weekend work
• Above-award pay rates, paid weekly, super, meal and travel allowances paid on top.
• Temp-to-perm opportunities for the right candidates
