We're looking for a motivated and caring Speech Pathologist to join our team.
With a long waitlist, you'll step into an immediate caseload and enjoy the benefits of a supportive, multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists & Exercise Physiologists.
Add in a Sensory Room, kids therapy gym, adult rehab space & Reformer Pilates on-site and you'll see why clinicians love working here.

Supportive multidisciplinary team - collaborate daily with OTs, Physios, other SLP's and EPs for holistic care

In-clinic focus - maximise therapy time and earnings without hours of unpaid travel with Community/mobile visits available if you choose (with paid travel)
Mentorship / Supervision if wanted- our experienced Senior Speech Pathologist can provide guidance, great for developing clinicians

Flexible hours - school-friendly schedules, afternoons, evenings or Saturday mornings

Pay & Conditions -
Open to discussing roles - Salary / Permanent / Casual / Commission / Contractor
Fortnightly pays/payments
No overheads or business costs (just your own insurance)
Retainer period (safety net) available for those wanting to go down the commission/contractor route
About You SPA registered Speech Pathologist
Experience preferred (Paediatric/NDIS background ideal), but will provide paid mentoring/supervision for those who SLP is still fresh
New graduates are welcome to apply and will be provided with comprehensive mentoring and supervision
Comfortable working with both children (primary focus) & adults (all abilities)
Ability to obtain/or have: WWCC, Police Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening, valid driver's licence, Reliable car & insurance, Professional indemnity & public liability insurance
Passionate, person-centred & excited to make therapy meaningful and fun
Strong interest in paediatrics and neurodiversity-informed practice (reflecting current referral demand), with flexibility to support a broad range of clients & funding sources
