As a Social Media Specialist, reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for managing and executing the company's social media strategies (B2C, B2B) across various platforms. Your role is to create engaging content, interact with the audience, and monitor social media performance to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and achieve marketing objectives. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and a positive online presence.
- Content Creation: Develop and curate creative and compelling content for social media platforms (FB, Insta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok and any other leading platforms), including but not limited to posts, images, videos, and infographics, that align with the brand's voice and identity.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of social media accounts, scheduling and publishing posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with the audience in a timely and authentic manner.
- Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with followers, responding to inquiries, comments, and mentions, and proactively engaging with the online community to build strong relationships with the brand.
- Social Media Campaigns: Conceptualize and execute social media campaigns that align with marketing goals, including contests, giveaways, promotions, and partnerships with influencers.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media analytics to measure the success of campaigns and track key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates. Prepare regular reports to provide insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Growth Strategy and Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices, adapting strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
- Brand Advocacy: Identify and nurture brand advocates and influencers who can positively impact brand perception and reach.
- Social Listening: Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand mentions, sentiment, and discussions about the company, addressing any potential issues or crises in a proactive manner.
- 4+ years of related experience - required
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Web or related field
- Excellent knowledge of various social media platforms (INSTAGRAM REELS, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Linkedin, TikTok etc.) and their best practices.
- Proficiency in content creation, including writing, image editing, and basic graphic design skills.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools to measure and interpret performance metrics.
- ORGANIC SOCIAL MEDIA expertise
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
- Ability to create videos for social media is a plus.
- Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry experience
