Staff Accountant

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 DOE

Job Description:

As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including but not limited to:

-Preparing financial statements and reports, and reconciling accounts

-Processing and analyzing financial transactions, such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and inventory

-Assisting with the month-end and year-end close processes

-Preparing and filing tax returns, such as sales tax and property tax

-Providing support for audits and other financial reviews

-Maintaining accurate and complete financial records

-Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors and customers, to resolve accounting-related issues

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

-Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance

-4+ years of relevant accounting experience

-Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

-Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Sage

-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

-Strong attention to detail and accuracy

-Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
