Work Shift: Day (United States of America)

Salary Range: $68,640.00 - $70,699.20

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess, coordinate, plan, and manage the care of assigned patients throughout their hospital stay.
• Focus on patient progress toward discharge, especially during transitions in care.
• Lead the caregiving team to ensure competent and compassionate patient care is consistently delivered.
• Communicate effectively with patients, hospital staff, and referring facilities.
• Engage in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway, progressing from novice to proficient within your specialty.
