Staffing Scheduling and care coordination.
Private duty Home Health Agency has an immediate opening for a full-time Staffing Coordinator/ Scheduler. Home health experience preferred, willing to train the right person.
We are looking for a team player who is capable of the following duties:
Positive/ compassionate attitude
Team player, excellent verbal and communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possesses excellent client interaction skills, able to multi-task and work independently
Experience with multiple lines, multi-task on several calls and maintain professionalism and patience within a fast paced environment
Excellent problem solving abilities are a requirement, schedule conflicts are bound to arise that will require creative solutions
Responsible for scheduling compatible caregivers to provide care for clients in their homes
Accurately maintains client/staff schedules using home care software
Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, their families, management, colleagues, and staff
Daily communication is a MUST for clients, their families, and employees to ensure services and concerns are being met in a timely manner
Rotate on-call - Extra Compensation
Assist Payroll by approving/verifying electronic time sheets daily
Perform clerical duties as needed, some filing required
Job Requirements:
Valid CNA license preferred but not required
Minimum of 1 Year of experience with home health scheduling
Pleasant phone voice and demeanor
Ability to read, write, and speak using the English language
Schedule availability for on-call duties (evening and weekends required on a rotating schedule)
