Substitute Direct Support Professional (Residential Trainer GH 14)

New Jersey Institute for Disabilities provides residential services to children with developmental and related disabilities in a group home setting.  We have immediate openings in the Children's Alternative Residential Environment (C.A.R.E) program located in Aberdeen, NJ.  The C.A.R.E. program is seeking Life Skills Instructors to assist and provide supervision to children in activities of daily living.  The qualified candidate will initiate and assist in a variety of appropriate recreational activities, and assist with transportation.  The qualified candidate will also facilitate children's independence.
