Overview
The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing superior customer service while overseeing all aspects of the Bingo game and assists Bingo management with floor and staff supervision. The incumbent is also responsible for performing varied supervisor functions in a pleasant, efficient and honest manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Creates an atmosphere that induces guests to make Hard Rock Sacramento at Fire Mountain their choice for gaming entertainment; responsible for creating a fun, safe, and exciting environment for Hard Rock Bingo guests.
- Able to perform all positions associated with bingo, including but not limited to paymaster, caller, inventory clerk, admissions clerk, and floor clerk.
- Ability to multi-task in a loud and fast passed environment.
- Assists in any and all areas of bingo before, during, and after, all bingo sessions.
- Knowledge in all aspects of bingo including but not limited to bingo rules and policies and procedures.
- Assisting in all bingo positions that may need assistance.
- Maintains accountability for all bingo banks and any other issued items obtained during gaming sessions.
- Other supervisor job duties related to bingo.

EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
(Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis)
This knowledge and these abilities are typically acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent and two months of on-the-job training, and/or through related cashier experience.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: (Licenses, Certifications, Testing, etc):
- Must obtain and maintain valid licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
- Must successfully pass background check.
- Must successfully pass drug screening.
- Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
- Prior experience in Tribal Gaming preferred.
-Prior experience in Bingo preferred.

KNOWLEDGE OF:
- Procedures, methods, and equipment including bingo equipment, computers and applicable software applications.

ABILITY TO:
- Be flexible to work varying shifts and time schedules as needed.
- This position spends time on the Casino floor and is subject to varying levels of crowds and noise, and the severity of which depends upon guest volume.
- Communicate effectively with bingo guests and staff.
- Knowledgeable of all bingo games, rules and regulations
- Obtain and maintain all appropriate licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
- Multi-task during game proceedings.
- Identify and assist with guest needs before, during, and after sessions.
-Assist in all aspects in bingo.
