Surgery Coordinator (FT)

A full-time surgery coordinator/scheduler position is available in a busy, private bariatric surgical practice.

The position involves surgery scheduling, authorizations, and detailed scheduling of required appointments and procedures. Strong organization and communication skills are necessary.

Requirements:
Experience with EMR and online patient portals is necessary to successfully navigate this position.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Teams are required.
A minimum of 2 years of medical office experience is necessary for this detail-oriented position.
Experience with surgical scheduling and authorizations
Excellent patient communication skills, both verbal and written
The ability to organize multiple tasks efficiently and remain organized
