Sign-On Bonuses Available!

We are currently offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus, along with an additional $2,000 bonus for evening shifts at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and efficient operating area to ensure optimal patient care.
• Prepare materials and equipment using aseptic techniques for surgical procedures.
• Assist in setting up the operating room and operate essential surgical equipment.
• Provide second assistance during surgeries when necessary.
• Report any supply or equipment-related issues promptly.
• Transport patients and manage equipment within the operating room.
• Ensure the availability and condition of necessary surgical supplies and equipment.
• Exhibit knowledge of age-specific needs in patient care.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within six months of employment.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques and surgical equipment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry various weights as necessary.
• Exposure to potential hazards and the ability to wear required protective gear.
