KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Business Tax Services practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse array of clients, ranging from Fortune 100 companies to emerging businesses.
  • Engage in accounting for income taxes, including ASC 740.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide industry expertise; manage a varied portfolio of clients, and serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external clients.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships, oversee teams of tax professionals, and contribute to external market and business activities.
  • Manage risk and financial performance of engagements, including billing, collections, and project budgets.
  • Advise and ensure the delivery of exceptional tax services and counsel to clients.

Qualifications:

  • At least eight years of recent corporate tax experience with an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; licensed CPA, EA, or JD/LLM, with solid knowledge of ASC 740 and other relevant credentials.
  • Experience in corporate taxation, consolidations, and partnerships.
  • Demonstrated history of managing multiple client engagements and service teams successfully.
  • Exceptional advisory, compliance, and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
