In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional in-store merchandising support to retailers, enhancing shopper satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include building eye-catching displays, organizing shelves with effective product rotation, and diligently tracking inventory to maximize sales for stores and suppliers. You will also assist leadership with important tasks such as reporting, training team members, managing schedules, and onboarding new hires. • You enjoy interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner
• You are at least 18 years old
• You can perform physical tasks, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• You have reliable transportation to and from the work location
• You possess 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• You have experience in leading and training others
• You are comfortable using your smartphone or tablet to log work after each shift
• You excel in customer service and have strong interpersonal skills
• You are a motivated self-starter with a strong focus on action and results
• You can work independently while also building successful team relationships
• You demonstrate a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
