As a Team Lead in Retail Merchandising, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional in-store merchandising support to ensure that customer needs are met. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building eye-catching displays and end caps
• Resetting shelves with product rotation
• Tracking inventory to optimize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers
• Assisting leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires

• You are comfortable engaging with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner
• You’re at least 18 years old
• You can perform physical tasks such as moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• You have reliable transportation to and from your work location
• You have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• You bring experience in leading and training others
• You are adept at using a smartphone or tablet to document your work after each shift
• You excel in customer service and have strong interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and teammates
• You are a motivated self-starter with a focus on achieving results
• You can work independently as well as contribute to team building
• You maintain a safety-first mindset in a retail environment
