Technical Writer

Job Description

The Company's CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) team is looking for an experienced Technical Writer to create high-quality documentation for internal and external users. You will interview developers, architects, product managers, testers, and support team members to publish and maintain easy to digest technical and non-technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience with or writing about OAuth and Identity configurations and integrations
• Produce high-quality internal and external technical documentation through writing, rewriting, and translating engineering specs into findable, usable content intended for a variety of audiences.
• Own the quality of the documentation for assigned products and services.
• Collaborate with technical teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product or service and its documentation requirements.
• Research and build knowledge about products, services, technology, or concepts to be documented.
• Become a subject matter expert of the CIAM platform and how the different services are used within engineering and in the larger company.
