Technologists Assistant

Precision Imaging Centers is actively searching for a full time MRI/CT Technologist Assistant.
To be successful in this role, one must be able to fulfill the following requirements:

Review future daily scheduled orders for accuracy and prepare supporting documentation, additionally obtain any necessary additional orders.
Greets patients upon patient arrival, verifies patient information from RIS, and goes over Questionnaires.
Directs the patient to the dressing room and prepares the patient for imaging.
Interviews patients for history, obtains patient signature when applicable, explains exams and assists patients.
Assists with rotating supplies and linen.
Ensure that orders are appropriate to the type of exam recommended by a physician. Notify the supervisor of any discrepancies. Contact physician's office for correct orders if necessary
Communicates with Radiologist, referring physicians, and other personnel in an effective, detailed manner.
Maintains proper stock of medical and clerical supplies.
