Due to rapid growth and strong demand, we're expanding our team and looking for a motivated On-the-Road Sales Consultant to join us.

• Attending pre-qualified leads (no cold calling!)

• Consulting with customers at their homes to provide tailored product solutions

• Demonstrating our high-quality range of outdoor blinds, roller shutters, and plantation shutters

• Converting appointments into successful projects and handing off to our expert installation team

• Generous base retainer - get paid WEEKLY while you build your pipeline

• Fuel card provided - we've got your travel covered

• Weekly performance bonuses - PAID WEEKLY

• Uncapped monthly commissions - paid on installed jobs MONTHLY

• Full training provided - no industry experience necessary (home improvement sales experience highly regarded however)

• Experience in sales (in-home, retail, real estate, solar, or similar) is highly regarded

• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience (in-home, retail, real estate, solar, or similar)

• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

• A current full Australian driver's licence (not provisional) and reliable vehicle

• Full unrestricted working rights in Australia

• Ability to pass background checks for in-home consulting work
