Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana is dedicated to helping those in need rebuild their lives and reach their full potential. As an organization stretching across Ohio and Indiana we have over 1,000 committed and compassionate employees working in multiple impact areas.

Fresh Start Recovery Centers provide a unique program that allows mothers and children to remain together during treatment resulting in higher recovery rates and healthy children. Volunteers of America is a church without walls dedicated to serving and

uplifting all people. Fresh Start Recovery Centers are one of the programs that allows us to serve people in need. We focus on creating opportunities for those in need allowing them to rebuild their lives to reach their full potential. We are committed to reaching and uplifting all people.

The Therapist is responsible for completing pre-screens, biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and substance abuse treatment to assigned clients in accordance with Volunteers of America (VOA), Division of Mental Health and Addictions (DMHA), The Department of Child Services (DCS), Medicaid, Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and grant providers' standards. Our goal is to meet the daily needs of our clients.

VOAOHIN provides a treatment environment that:

Allows a therapist to work as part of a comprehensive treatment team
Allows a therapist to do extensive, face-to-face treatment with clients
Allows a therapist to focus upon the treatment and care of clients, instead of a productivity standard

We offer a generous benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental, vision and a 403b with company match. Our work touches the mind, body, heart - and ultimately the spirit - of those we serve, integrating our deep compassion with highly effective programs and services.
