For the second time this year, we are increasing compensation with an extra $0.04 per mile for our Crete and Shaffer OTR (21-day) national fleets. Starting pay on these fleets is now between $0.70 and $0.73 per mile, with the top 50% of our drivers averaging over $107,000 annually. Since April 2026, our over-the-road drivers have received a total of $0.07 per mile increase in pay!

Salary: Top 50% average $90,541 per year

CPM: Starting pay ranges from $0.66 to $0.69 per mile

Experience Required: You need at least one year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience and a valid class A CDL.
