Our Watford office is expanding, and we re looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our Industrial and Driving teams. No recruitment experience is required we re looking for the right attitude, work ethic, and hunger to succeed.
What You ll Be Doing As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you ll be trained to run your own desk, focusing on temporary and permanent recruitment within the Industrial and Driving sectors.
Your role will include:

Winning new business by selling our candidates into prospective clients

Sourcing candidates using job boards, databases, advertising, and referrals

Interviewing and registering candidates for temp and perm roles

Building strong relationships with clients and candidates

Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish

Working to targets and KPIs, with your earnings directly linked to your performance
