Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the build and deployment of all training systems developed by the HFS team, including those delivered to Fleet sites and engineering development models (EDMs) at the Maryland development sites.
- Manage a team of technicians responsible for build outs; schedule travel assignments fairly. Participate in installations and gain proficiency in all installations conducted by the program.
- Collaborate with Program Managers and Technical Project Managers to coordinate installation schedules. Provide insights on installation efforts, technical feasibility, and associated risks. Propose improved workflows for better installation quality and efficiency.
- Work with inventory management and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) teams to ensure materials are available before installations and that documentation is accessible for ILS purposes afterward.
Required Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Required Experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a U.S. Government granted security clearance, with an Interim Secret security clearance required to begin.
- 8+ years of relevant experience, demonstrating the skills required to excel in this position.
- Experience includes but is not limited to:
- Designing and planning server rooms, executing build-outs, and conducting preventive maintenance.
- Supervising technician teams.
- Coordinating with inventory and ILS teams.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines. Proficiency in desktop computing platforms (PCs), including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Desired Experience
- Knowledge of audio systems, CAD, and 3D printing, along with experience managing secure IT systems.
- Background as a Navy ET, ST, or FT, with familiarity regarding facility and data center power requirements.
- Experience with Linux, Atlassian Products, and CAD software.

Pay Range: Pay Range $107,900.00 - $195,050.00
