- Will you accept a first-time traveler? NO
- Years of Experience: at least 3-years of ED experience in large volume ED with high acuity patients
- ACLS, BLS, PALS or ENPC and TNCC
- Skills required:
- Strong emergency nursing skills to include critical care and pediatric patients
- Experience with chest tubes, arterial lines, blood administration, Bipap/Ventilators
- Splinting
- Barcode Scanning Medication Administration-this is required of staff
- Experience with managing medication drips
- Triage experience-must pass hospital's Triage Test before allowed to triage
- Able to set up chest tubes, art lines. Assist with Trauma and Code cases. ER skills, Critical patients. Pediatric emergency medicine experience is highly preferred. Splinting. Good understanding of ESI. Triage experience required.
