Requirements
- Active RN License
- Degree from an accredited nursing program
- BLS and ACLS Certifications
- Minimum of 18 months recent experience in an Acute Care PACU setting
- Other requirements as determined by the client facility

Duties Responsibilities
The PACU RN will play a crucial role in assisting patients as they recover from anesthesia following surgical procedures. Responsibilities include monitoring patients during recovery until they are stable for discharge to outpatient or transfer to an inpatient unit.
- Provide comprehensive care for post-operative patients, including those recovering from general, regional, and local anesthesia.
- Administer diligent care through continuous monitoring, assessment, intervention, and reassessment.
