• BC/BE Family Medicine
• Hospital employed
• Week 1: Mon,Tues, Friday 8 AM- 8 PM (or until last patient)
• Week 2: Tuesday, Friday 8 AM- 8 PM, Saturday/ Sunday 8 AM- 5PM (or until last patient seen)
• About 4 patients per hour
• Flexible block schedule includes every other weekend coverage
• Must be able to see all ages
• About 60% pediatric patients
• DOT Certification requirement or may be obtained within 90 days of onboarding
• Work with one other physician
• Excellent clinical, administrative, and management support
• Epic EMR
• Alternate between two locations 15 mins apart
• Facility qualifies for public service loan forgiveness
