Key Responsibilities:

• Implement physician orders and administer medications while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to accurately assess patient conditions.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and evaluate responses to care.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment for effective patient care management.
• Provide primary and emergency care for a wide range of injuries and illnesses.
• Administer both over-the-counter and prescription medications as per physician directives.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and update individualized Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and support ancillary personnel, upholding high standards of professional nursing practice.
