About the Role

We are excited to welcome a Vice President of Customer Strategy and Operations who will be instrumental in transforming and expanding our organization. As a strategic partner to the Chief Customer Officer, you will spearhead the redesign of our customer strategy and business planning processes, leading key initiatives that propel our company forward. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with extensive experience in business strategy, operations, and change management, particularly in SaaS or technology-driven environments.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Scaling business operations effectively
  • Establishing a robust services product management function
  • Equipping the Customer Success organization with superior processes, systems, and technology
  • Driving budget planning and management
  • Leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement

To be successful in this position, you should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in go-to-market operations, including at least 5 years in project and/or program management. You must demonstrate exceptional strategic thinking, a track record of influencing stakeholders at all levels, and a history of delivering results on large-scale, cross-functional projects.

An effective communicator and relationship builder, you should embody a proactive approach to problem-solving, and possess high emotional intelligence to inspire your team. A strong commitment to our mission and a can-do attitude are essential for success in this role.
