About the Role

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Vice President of Digital Marketing Performance to spearhead innovative customer acquisition strategies. This senior leadership position is crucial for managing and guiding performance channels, with a focus on ambition, vision, and strategic business development. You will build a sophisticated customer acquisition engine that propels performance marketing forward. Your role will require a seamless blend of strategic planning, complex data analysis, and creative problem-solving to enhance conversion rates and achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing cutting-edge marketing initiatives
  • Conducting A/B testing to optimize campaigns
  • Growing and leading a high-performing global team
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with design, content marketing, sales, and product teams
  • Monitoring competitors and providing strategic recommendations for optimizing market share

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record in a Director+ level performance marketing role, preferably within a tech start-up or hyper-growth environment
  • Expertise in digital advertising and paid media management, with a strong focus on ROI
  • A data-driven approach, with robust quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • An exceptional ability to tell compelling stories through data analysis
  • A growth mindset and a passion for remote work
  • A global outlook and the ability to adapt strategies to international markets
