About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Vice President of Finance to lead our accounting and financial operations. In this critical leadership role, you will oversee our accounting team, ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, and drive internal controls and audit processes. As the VP of Finance, you will play a key role in helping our organization navigate growth and change while enhancing systems and processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing the accounting and finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensuring compliance with US GAAP in all financial reporting.
• Collaborating with executive leadership to provide insightful financial analysis and strategic guidance.
• Overseeing and managing external audit processes.
• Driving continuous process improvements and supporting ERP implementation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A CPA and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with a strong preference for candidates with 5 years of management experience.
• A proven ability to lead teams through change and system implementations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional partnership skills.
• A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
