About the Role

Join us as the Vice President of Finance Operations, where you will play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategy and operational foundation as we scale. This leadership position is key in guiding our FP&A function, collaborating with senior leadership, and navigating significant milestones, such as potential IPO readiness and capital planning. You will be responsible for building and nurturing a high-performing finance team, overseeing financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial standards.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles at a growth-stage or public company. This role demands a proven track record in leading FP&A and financial strategy, coupled with capital raising experience and a comprehensive understanding of corporate finance, FP&A, and healthcare financial metrics. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to build and lead effective teams, possess exceptional communication skills, and take a hands-on, strategic approach to problem-solving. Experience in financial systems implementation and process optimization is also vital.
