About the Role

We are actively seeking an experienced Vice President of Growth and Strategy to lead our National Security Sector. This is a key leadership position where you will be instrumental in driving company success through robust customer engagement, collaboration, and nurturing significant relationships that ensure mission success. You will oversee a geographically diverse team and must possess an in-depth understanding of clientele across all Intelligence and Defense services. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around identifying, developing, and implementing innovative business strategies that foster revenue growth and margin expansion, in addition to leading proposal preparations and submissions for both US and International Defense markets.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a STEM-related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and bring at least 15 years of relevant growth experience to the table. Essential qualifications include a current TS/SCI clearance, demonstrated success in developing and expanding a substantial portfolio, and expertise in crafting and executing effective contract acquisition strategies. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, adeptly managing multiple priorities while leading large, diverse teams. A strong background in the Intelligence Community and U.S. Space Force mission, alongside a solid grasp of budgets and acquisition processes, is crucial. Additionally, you will possess skills in attracting and retaining top talent.
