About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Learning & Development to lead our global workforce's comprehensive learning strategy. In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Identify and address critical skills gaps.
  • Design innovative learning solutions that foster employee performance and engagement.
  • Implement effective programs supporting leadership development.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
  • Manage a geographically dispersed team and collaborate with stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on emerging learning technologies to enhance our learning strategy.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred).
  • A proven track record of 10-15 years in instructional design and talent development.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience in managing digital transformations within learning environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • A data-driven approach to evaluate and refine learning programs.

Additionally, you will oversee the learning and development budget, evaluate learning technologies, and support the company's growth objectives through acquisitions. The successful candidate will report to the EVP Chief Human Resources Officer and will have minimal travel (less than 10%).
