Join our dynamic team as the Vice President of Public Policy and Government Relations. In this pivotal role, you will shape and implement strategies that propel our company's public policy agenda forward. You will lead the corporate government relations function and team, aiming to elevate our organization as a leading voice in policy and political discussions. Your responsibilities will include fostering and sustaining robust relationships with vital business partners, government officials, and other stakeholders to align with our corporate objectives. Additionally, you will manage a high-performing team while overseeing the government affairs budget and ensuring compliance with all pertinent laws and regulations. We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, coupled with at least 15 years of experience in government affairs, ideally in the data storage or technology sectors. A strong network of bipartisan relationships in Washington, D.C., and a track record of influencing and advocating for corporate interests are essential. You should possess a deep understanding of federal legislative and regulatory processes and the capability to harmonize public policy with business strategy. Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills are crucial, along with a commitment to a growth mindset and continuous improvement.
