About the Role
We are seeking an impactful Vice President of Revenue Cycle Operations to lead our back-end revenue cycle functions, focusing on billing, collections, denials, and revenue integrity. This pivotal role is designed for a visionary leader with extensive experience in revenue cycle transformation and operational excellence.
The Vice President will take charge of daily client operations, while also strategizing and implementing policies and initiatives that maximize revenue and enhance cash flow. We are looking for someone who excels at integrating modern billing platforms and digital tools, optimizing EHR and RCM systems, and employing data analytics for performance management that sharpens financial risk oversight.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or finance; a Master’s degree is strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years in progressive revenue cycle leadership is essential. Candidates must possess superior communication skills, the ability to cultivate and lead dynamic teams, and a profound understanding of healthcare IT and RCM systems.
This challenging role involves close collaboration with the CFO and executive team to align revenue cycle strategy with overarching financial objectives, and to support payer contracting strategies. Leadership development and talent acquisition for rural markets will also be key responsibilities. We seek a candidate who is skilled in driving transformational change, encouraging cultural buy-in, and promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and alignment with our mission.
