About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Vice President of Sales to lead our national commercial growth strategy. In this pivotal role, you will design and implement innovative sales strategies aimed at aggressive customer acquisition and substantial revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of progressive commercial leadership experience, specifically in building products or related industries.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new channel opportunities.
  • Building and leading a high-performance sales team.
  • Driving initiatives targeting large strategic accounts.
  • Expanding the company’s presence with national retailers.

We are looking for a dynamic leader with a hunter instinct, capable of penetrating new accounts, closing large deals, and identifying market white spaces. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA is preferred. You must possess a hands-on approach and be comfortable with extensive travel (approximately 50%) to connect directly with customers and engage with the field.

The VP of Sales will serve as the face of our organization in key customer relationships, major negotiations, and industry events. Strong alignment and collaboration with product, marketing, and operations teams will be essential to ensure we are ready to support growth and innovation.
