Vice President of Sales - Local Government

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as you lead the sales strategy for Oracle's innovative solutions within local government. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction across our diverse product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower a team of sales representatives by actively participating in recruiting, hiring, and training initiatives that align with Oracle's sales processes.
• Collaborate with Regional and Branch Managers to create a cohesive sales strategy.
• Effectively promote and negotiate sales of Oracle products, including pricing and terms.
• Engage in comprehensive strategic and tactical planning to enhance divisional performance.
• Foster productive relationships with license, consulting, and education field managers to develop collaborative account plans.
• Create and implement a robust territory plan aimed at maximizing revenue generation.
• Achieve monthly sales forecasts and provide accurate predictions of revenue.
• Manage escalations and conduct regular progress meetings with the sales team.

Compensation Information: Salary range in USD from $153,000 to $314,100 per annum, with potential equity and compensation deferral options. This role is eligible for commission with a pay mix of 45/55.
