About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Vice President/Senior Director of Strategic Growth who is passionate about safeguarding lives through delivering innovative electronic solutions in the Defense and Aerospace sector. This role emphasizes the complete lifecycle of our electronic warfare, radar, and sensor products, from initial concept to customer delivery.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in business or engineering
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
- Proven success in the global electronic warfare, radar, and sensor markets
- Understanding of DoD planning and execution, along with exceptional business development skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a growth strategy that spearheads new opportunities
- Lead and inspire a team focused on achieving ambitious business objectives
- Engage with key executives in the DoD and direct customer relations to enhance business visibility
- Deliver on growth commitments through strategic planning and execution
We value strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to cultivate customer relationships. The ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance is required, along with a commitment to mentoring and developing personnel within a matrixed organization. An MBA or advanced engineering degree, PMP certification, and a track record of exceeding financial targets will set you apart as a candidate.
