Vietnamese-Speaking Support Workers (Male & Female) - SIL Housing

Care For You Australia is a registered NDIS provider seeking experienced Vietnamese-speaking Support Workers (male and female) to support participants living in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home. This role is ideal for compassionate professionals who are confident supporting participants with high-intensity and complex needs while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centred support in a SIL environment
• Assist with personal care, daily living activities, and household tasks
• Support participants with high-intensity needs (experience preferred)
• Implement behaviour support strategies in line with BSPs
• Support emotional regulation, communication, and community access
• Maintain accurate shift notes and follow NDIS standards and policies
• Work collaboratively with the care team and family members

Essential Requirements:

• Fluent Vietnamese and English (spoken)
• Previous experience as a disability support worker
• Experience in SIL or high-intensity support (highly desirable)
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or related field
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• National Police Check
• First Aid & CPR
• Ability to work shifts including mornings, evenings, overnight, and weekends
• Reliable, patient, professional, and culturally sensitive
