VP of Marketing

Our dynamic construction client is looking to bring on an experienced VP of Marketing to lead a team and drive growth!

Responsibilities:

• Leverage advanced marketing analytics to optimize conversion rates and achieve a high return on investment
• Foster a culture of innovation by revolutionizing direct and digital marketing processes and systems
• Translate marketing strategies into well-defined budgets, actionable operational plans, and effective resource allocation
• Harness the power of demand generation, brand marketing, marketing technology, and cutting-edge digital marketing methodologies
• Develop a comprehensive market positioning strategy encompassing brand positioning, meticulous market research, and thorough competitive analysis

Qualifications:

• Prior Director level experience in construction, automotive, B2C, and multi-family real estate is a huge plus!
