The hourly wage listed is an estimate. Pay at Cardinal Health is influenced by various factors including geographical location, relevant education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Role Overview:
As part of the Warehouse Operations team, you will contribute to the essential processes that ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of products. Your responsibilities will include receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storing, and delivering products, thereby ensuring an effective flow from vendors to our diverse customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Adhere to established processes to fulfill orders accurately, including product picking, quality control checks, packing, and preparing shipments.
Engage in cross-training across multiple areas of the warehouse and participate in projects as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workplace while performing inventory control tasks.
Become trained and certified to operate necessary material handling equipment, including order pickers, forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders, as required by your role.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
1-2 years of related experience is preferred.
Experience with material handling equipment (MHE) is preferred.
Familiarity with radio frequency (RF) scanners.
Able to consistently lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, stooping, lifting, and standing for entire shifts.
Willing to work in refrigerated environments (36°F-42°F) for up to 10 hours or more.
Must be available for overtime with minimal notice.
Eager to learn to operate various material handling equipment and adapt to different warehouse areas.
Capability to work at heights of up to 25 feet regularly.
Adherence to site safety regulations and utilization of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting established quotas and performance standards.
Self-motivated and capable of working in a team-oriented environment with limited supervision, emphasizing customer satisfaction.
Competence in comprehending and processing paperwork accurately according to policies.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and general computer skills is a plus.
Flexibility, adaptability, and strong multi-tasking abilities are essential.
