Beaumont Tiles Gepps Cross is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operator to join our team in a full-time position. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, values accuracy, and is comfortable interacting with customers and trades when required.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Operator, you'll play an important role in both warehouse operations and day-to-day customer support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Forklift operation (License essential)
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse
• Assisting customers and trades with product collections
• Communicating clearly with customers, drivers, and team members
• Supporting the sales team and assisting with sales when required
• Developing product knowledge (full training provided)

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Friendly and confident when dealing with customers and trades
• Safety-focused with strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Forklift licence essential
• Warehouse or customer-facing experience advantageous but not essential
