Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

At minimum, possess a Bachelor's degree in a human services field with a minimum of two years full-time experience working in relevant family, children/youth or community service capacity
Minimum two years' experience working as a Wraparound Facilitator
Established proficiency in Wraparound Core Competencies
Registration with appropriate professional board, per Louisiana law, is required.
Completes required training and credentialing process
Must meet all requirements and abilities necessary for Wraparound Facilitator as outlined in the Wraparound Facilitator Job Description
Pass a Louisiana criminal history background check and motor vehicle screens
Access to reliable transportation and possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
