About Stevenage Football Club

Stevenage Football Club is a professional football club based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, England. The club was founded in 1976, and they currently play in League Two, which is the fourth tier of the English football league system.

Stevenage FC has had some notable successes in recent years, including reaching the League Two playoffs in 2010-11, and winning the FA Trophy in 2007-08 and again in 2008-09. They also made it to the fifth round of the FA Cup in 2011-12, where they were eventually knocked out by Tottenham Hotspur.

Stevenage FC plays their home matches at the Lamex Stadium, which has a capacity of just over 6,000 spectators. The club's traditional colors are red and white, and their nickname is "the Boro".
